I was so excited to find out I'd been chosen to attend the Women of Faith Conference later this summer! One of my best friends was also chosen and we each get to bring a guest. All 4 of us were already going to be attending a concert that weekend in the same city and will now be having an awesome weekend of Jesus and fellowship!
The Women of Faith Conference is going to be taking place all over the country from now until the end of September. If it sounds like something you might like to be a part of, check it out! I've only been to one Christian conference before and it wasn't focused on women, in particular (more of a young adult type of audience) so I'm interested to see what this one will be like.
Lots of noteworthy people will be there, including Mandesa who I'm excited to see. I'm not an American Idol watcher (not a TV watcher at all!) but I think she is a woman with an amazing testimony who uses her talents so wonderfully for Jesus. She's just one of many inspiring people who will be at Women of Faith. Can't wait! I wish it was sooner!
